A metà degli anni ’50 il Rolex Bombay riceve il nuovo cal. 1030, cambiando la propria referenza in 6590. Per la prima volta vengono proposte due distinte soluzioni stilistiche per la lunetta: liscia per questa referenza e la variante zigrinata per la ref. 6593. Come in passato è disponibile sia in oro giallo che oro rosa e nella più rara versione in acciaio. La particolare forma delle anse non permette il montaggio del bracciale, perciò l’orologio viene fornito con un cinturino in cuoio corredato di fibbia originale Rolex. Questo bellissimo esemplare è in oro rosa, cassa oyster 33mm con anse a elica. Splendido quadrante “tessuto” dorato con applicati indici in oro. Movimento meccanico a carica automatica, secondi centrali. In condizioni splendide, corredato da un anno di garanzia di negozio sul funzionamento. In the mid-1950’s the Rolex Bombay receives the new cal. 1030, changing its reference to 6590. For the first time, two distinct stylistic solutions for the bezel are proposed: smooth for this reference and the flutted variant for the ref. 6593. As in the past it is available in both yellow gold and pink gold and in the rarest steel version. The particular shape of the lugs doesn’t allow the bracelet to be assembled, so the watch comes with a leather strap fitted with the original Rolex buckle. This beautiful piece is rose gold, oyster case with 33 mm helical lugs. Gorgeous golden “textured linen” dial with applied gold indexes. Mechanical movement with automatic charge, central seconds.
