Rare and refined Patek Philippe Calatrava in steel ref. 437 from 1945. This small 28mm case led to it being nicknamed “baby Calatrava” and today it is a watch for both men and women.
Like all vintage Calatrava watches in steel, it is very rare, with only 119 pieces of this particular reference ever produced!
